Wittig’s Office Building

As a conceptual / feasibility study, Dado Group was charged with reimagining the current Wittig’s Office Building on Broadway  in San Antonio’s River North neighborhood.  The conceptual project scope included the renovation of the existing building’s shell, accommodating retail space on the ground level, creative office space on the second and third floors, and the addition of a new rooftop deck, penthouse, and vertical circulation cores for its future tenants.
