Smith Residence

The Smith Residence is a ground-up home that sites Texas contemporary styling in a historic neighborhood near the banks of the Guadalupe River.  Originally drawn to a more traditional aesthetic, the client and design team collaborated extensively to produce a contextually sensitive residence without sacrificing the family’s needs and desires.  The result: a warm, bright home that respects the history of the neighborhood while balancing the comfort and style of a contemporary home.
