Signature, Inspired by Chef Andrew Weissman

Chef Andrew Weissman began his culinary career in Europe, eventually moving to New York City and finally coming home to San Antonio to open his fabled and nationally recognized restaurant, La Reve. La Reve gained national recognition through publications including The New York Times, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine magazine, Gourmet magazine, and Texas Monthly.

Since La Reve, Chef Andrew has opened several other successful restaurants in San Antonio including Il Sogno Osteria, Sandbar, Moshe’s Golden Falafel and The Luxury. Signature, Inspired by Andrew Weissman is a culmination of Andrew’s 25 year career, with a crafted menu of French inspired dishes made with seasonal South Texas ingredients.
