Brown Residence

The Brown Residence is a ground-up residence in Austin’s prized Westlake neighborhood.  In addition to site and neighborhood development including a joint access road and four adjacent lots (to be named Stoneridge Park), our team was tapped to design and construct the development’s first residence.  The design blurs the transition between the home’s contemporary architectural scheme and rugged exterior spaces with the strategic use of natural materials, consideration of existing views and plant life, and naturally ventilated communal spaces.
