The Granary

DADO group team members, Kristin Wiese Hefty and Clay Hefty were contracted by Silver Ventures to convert a historic home located in the Pearl Brewery project into a modern, upscale barbecue restaurant and brew pub. Built at the turn of the last century, the structure lacked working utilities, outdated interiors and space that was not conducive to commercial application. The design integrated past and present, creating a vibrant, new dining destination.
